Custom Art

In order to best serve you, What's Your Point Needlepoint has a designer on staff who creates custom hand-painted canvases from your ideas and photos. The range of custom needlepoint designs we can produce is limited only by the imagination. Some of the requests we have filled include: belts, pillows, cushions, Christmas stockings, table runners, eyeglass cases, brick covers, lamp shades and wall hangings. In addition to the samples below, more custom needlepoint designs can be seen in the “custom designs” category listed in the left column. We also specialize in ecclesiastical decor and have produced various cushions and kneelers for several churches. Samples for these designs may be seen under the “custom religious designs” category. About Our Designer

Annette lived on the East End for many years and raised her family here. During that time, she studied fine art both formally at LIU in Southampton under Robert Munford and informally with several well-known local artists.

An extensive art education became the underpinning for a needlepoint design business and allows Annette to render accurate and artistic portrayals of animals, flowers, houses and many other subjects. She also enjoys stitching her own and other artists' designs which enables her to understand problems encountered by other stitchers.
